San Diego County's housing affordability remained the 16th lowest in the nation for the third quarter in the row, the National Association of Home Builders said yesterday.
The group's NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Opportunity Index, which measures the percentage of homes affordable to median-income households, stood at 25.2 percent for the county in the first quarter.
A year ago the percentage was 9.4 percent, 13th lowest in the country.
